Advantages:
1. The material alignment, pre-bending and rounding of CNC four-roll plate rolling are completed in one rolling process. The remaining straight edge of pre-bending is ≤1.5 times the plate thickness, and the rounding accuracy is high. This four-roller plate rolling machine can perform symmetrical or asymmetrical bending according to the arrangement of the adjustment positions of the rollers on both sides. Therefore, the machine can roll into an ideal cylinder at one time without using a press to pre-bend the plate end.
2. The pre-bending rises through the lower roller to clamp the end of the steel plate, and the side rollers rise obliquely to achieve pre-bending of the end of the plate.
3. The lifting and lowering displacement of the lower roller and side roller of the machine is controlled by an intelligent PLC programmable controller, with automatic leveling, digital display on the screen, and synchronization accuracy of ±0.15mm.
4. The lower roller and side roller of this machine can be tilted at one end, and can rise and fall simultaneously in the tilted state.
5. The upper and lower rollers are both main drives, and the friction between the steel plate and the roller drives the side rollers to rotate, providing torque for the rolling.

1. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance: Insurance: Origin, and other export documents where required.
2. What is the average lead time?
For samples the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.
The lead times become effective when
(1) we have received your deposit and
(2) we have your final approval for your products.
If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
3. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or Alipay:30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
4. What is the product warranty?
The warranty period is 13 months after the bill of lading date. We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone's satisfaction.
