Functional description
Manually place the spiral blade blank on the support brackets on the left and right side templates, so that the end of the blank to be formed is close to the outer support bracket. The blade pitch can be adjusted by adjusting the screws on both sides. The support brackets on the screws adjust the blade pitch upward to increase the pitch, and the support brackets on the screws adjust the blade pitch downward to decrease the pitch.

 

Blade thickness adjustment: The thickness of the processed blade determines the closing gap of the mold. Mold opening adjustment: The size of the opening can be adjusted according to personal proficiency. The larger the opening size, the longer the stroke of the cylinder and the slower the processing speed; the smaller the opening size, the opposite. When changing the mold, adjust the opening size to the maximum!
